tracking info will be sent to you once the order is shipped.

I ship orders twice a week. if there is a delay with your shipment I am likely on a trip and will return shortly. check IG for the latest updates

Returns

email me to return unused products within 2 weeks of receiving your order.

I do not provide a return shipping label. feel free to drop off in person if you are in town.

I do not accept returns on custom products, or seconds.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

I take full responsibility for manufacturing defects. reach out out to me and I will send you a replacement asap at no charge to you.

WEAR AND TEAR

I expect the gear I make to last. if there is an issue that you can't repair yourself, reach out and I will see what I can do. I will sometimes be able to replace the item or fix it, for a fee that may vary.

things I don’t cover under warranty (replacment or repair will be on your dime): fabric tears unrelated to stitching issues, zippers, seam creep from sustained heavy loads, non-catastrophic torn seams, and partial delamination following heavy use.
